With Sexy Love, readers get the story of Levi Bennett's girlfriend Amber Davis, who had discovered she was pregnant after Levi had died in the hazing incident. I loved this novella length story in the Sexy Series from Carly Phillips.
I had always wonder what happened to Levi's girlfriend and son following his death, and I absolutely loved Amber was going back to school to have a better life for herself and LJ. I adored the meet cute between Amber and Shane and honestly loved them from the very beginning. They had a real-world issue of a professor not getting into a relationship with a student and I loved how it was handled. I never had an issue with them together, especially as Amber was an older student, and I loved the connection between them from the moment they met.
As Sexy Love was a novella length story, everything moved really fast, and it worked perfectly for me. I loved Shane and Amber got one another from the beginning and worked around the restraints of professor/student relationship to a romantic relationship. Carly Phillips once again gave her readers a beautiful and emotional story and I can't wait for her next story.
