A FIREFIGHTER'S CHRISTMAS GIFT

All Bradley Ford wants this holiday season is a date or three with sweet Hanna Lane. He’s the new fire chief, recently returned to Heart Falls to help his father after an accident. And while he wasn’t expecting to find someone like Hanna so soon, Brad’s certain that Hanna—and her adorable daughter, Crissy—are perfect for him and his plans to settle down.

Hanna’s been taking care of herself since she became a single mom at sixteen. The only pure, honest love she trusts is her little girl’s, but for the first time in eight years, her libido flares to life. Something about Brad draws her like a moth to a flame—which is always a bad idea for the moth.

When a fire leaves Hanna and Crissy homeless, Brad offers them shelter at his family’s homestead. Crissy insists they’ve moved in with Santa. Hanna’s not sure how she keeps ending up under the mistletoe with Brad. And Brad? He’s hoping for the best Christmas gift of all…

Liza's Review:

A Firefighter's Christmas Gift is the perfect romance for readers looking for a sweet holiday romance. I absolutely adored Brad and Hanna's story and the addition of Brad's father Patrick and Hanna's daughter Crissy made this family Christmas story absolutely perfect.

Brad has been interested in Hanna since he returned to Heart Falls to help his dad out following an accident. Brad really is just a great guy. He puts family and friends first and hello, he fights fires for a living! Hanna hasn't had the easiest life since her parents kicked her out of the house when she became pregnant at sixteen. The only person she has shown any love or trust for since then is her little girl Crissy. However, Brad doesn't stay far from her thoughts and she is way more attracted to him than she expected.

Hanna and Crissy losing their home to a fire right before Christmas was really rough to read, yet I loved that while all of Hanna's friends wanted to help out, Brad was the one to offer them a home with him and his father. It was so sweet to see Patrick, who Crissy believed was Santa, and Brad go out of their way to turn their home into a Christmas wonderland for the little girl. I felt like the pacing of Hanna and Brad's romance was absolutely perfect for them. It had moved pretty slowly with Hanna's trust issues and Brad totally let her set the pace. Not that there wasn't great chemistry between them and a great build up to them acting on their attraction.

A Firefighter's Christmas Gift gave me all the feels. I really enjoyed this heartwarming holiday romance. It pulled so many emotions from me from beginning to end. I highly recommend this story to readers who love heartwarming romances.
