The Saint

Title: The Saint by Tiffany Reisz
Release date: June 24th

About The Saint by Tiffany Reisz:
Before she became Manhattan's most famous dominatrix, Nora Sutherlin was merely a girl called Eleanor…

Rebellious, green-eyed Eleanor never met a rule she didn't want to break. She's sick of her mother's zealotry and the confines of Catholic school, and declares she'll never go to church again. But her first glimpse of beautiful, magnetic Father Marcus Stearns—Søren to her and only her—and his lust-worthy Italian motorcycle is an epiphany. Eleanor is consumed—yet even she knows being in love with a priest can't be right.

But when one desperate mistake nearly costs Eleanor everything, it is Søren who steps in to save her. When she vows to repay him with complete obedience, a whole world opens before her as he reveals to her his deepest secrets that will change everything.

Danger can be managed—pain, welcomed. Everything is about to begin.

My Review:
The Saint is the 1st book in the White Years and the 5th book in the Original Sinners series from Tiffany Reisz. I highly recommend you read all 4 books in the Red Years before reading The Saint. Fair warning to all, Eleanor is underage during much of this book.
I wish I could say buy this book and that be enough for everyone. The Saint was one of my favorite books I've read all year! One that as soon as I finished reading it, I wanted to start it all over again. With Tiffany's books, I never feel like I can say much without giving away spoilers. I will say it opens with Nora in much pain and not really knowing how to handle it. We meet a new male character in this book, and I think you will love him every bit as much as I do. Nora tells us the story of how Eleanor and Søren met and came to be together in this book, as well as many of the characters we all met in The Siren. Tiffany made me both laugh and cry with this book and I loved it all. I don't really want to give away anything else about The Saint, but do want to mention some of my favorite things from the book.
Eleanor and Søren 's of the best scenes in the book!
Eleanor meeting Kingsley.
Søren and them separately and together! (especially when drunk together)
Eleanor and Søren together...even when they are just talking to one another.
Nora and her young man...affects certain things for the future, but I love him so.
Honestly the only thing I didn't like about this book was seeing what a total ass Eleanor's dad was to her. I knew he wasn't a great parent, but I really wanted to kick his ass on more than once occasion while reading this book. I still didn't love her, but did see her in a new light the more I read.
I know I didn't really share much about The Saint, but I really didn't want to share any spoilers. I will say I'm already counting down until the release of The King on November 25, 2014.
