REPEAT

From New York Times bestselling author Kylie Scott comes an irresistible new romance.

When a vicious attack leaves 25-year-old Clementine Johns with no memory, she's forced to start over. Now she has to figure out who she was and why she made the choices she did - which includes leaving the supposed love of her life, tattoo artist Ed Larsen, only a month before.

Ed can hardly believe it when his ex shows up at his tattoo parlor with no memory of their past, asking about the breakup that nearly destroyed him. The last thing he needs is more heartache, but he can't seem to let her go again. Should they walk away for good, or does their love deserve a repeat performance?

Nikki’s Review:
This book was absolutely amaze balls! There’s so much angst...and I love that!
Typically, when I think about romance novels with a heroine that has amnesia, I think cheesy old school romances that your mama read. But this is so different; that cheesy feel wasn’t there.

Clementine has been attacked, and after waking from a coma, she has no clue about her life. She starts on a sort of mission to put the puzzle pieces together and figure out who she is.

What she discovers is that she left behind a trail of heartbreak and anger. She devastated her boyfriend Ed when she left him, and he isn’t so eager to let her back into his life. Man, these two had a rough road to travel. There’s so much fix, but because Clem can’t remember the person was, it’s infinitely more difficult to do that.
I really loved that Clem was finding herself, and redefining herself. She isn’t the same person. Sure, some things are just innate in her, but a lot has changed. Her life is flipped upside down, and not necessarily in a bad way.

The chemistry between Ed and Clem was there from the get go, but it’s a slow burn for sure. She doesn’t know him, and he’s still very angry...even if she can’t remember. I liked that things had to move slowly. They both had so much healing to do. That made it feel more real to me. It wouldn’t have made sense for them to just fall into each other’s arms. But once things really revved up...holy hell! The sexy times were panty dropping hot! Ed is a tatted up gorgeous man. I can seriously picture his deliciousness. I mean, the cover of this book is enough to make me swallow my goddamn tongue.

Read this book. It’s so damn good. The plot kept me completely engaged, and I stayed up way too late to finish this book. But the puffy sleepy eyes at 6:45am were totally worth it! That’s what concealer and eye make up is for, right?!
