The Three Musketeer series is the first series I’ve read from Donna Kauffman,
and I have to say I’ve enjoyed each story, but Zach and Dara’s is still my
favorite in the series. That being said, I was really excited to get to read
Dane’s story.
Dane has been a by-the-book investigator from the
moment he started his job. Adria Burke is one of the best air traffic
controllers in the area. However, she has “an incident” occur where she knows
there were 3 planes involved, yet only 2 planes show up when Dane is
investigating the incident. I liked the bit of mystery with this story, but
loved the romance between Dane and Adria. You could tell they were attracted to
one another from the moment they met and their chemistry only grew stronger the
more time they spent together. Only by working together, can Dane and Adria
figure out what was really going on with the planes.
